RANGE SAFETY RULES
Welcome
to Triple B Clays Shotgun Sports Park! We want you to feel that
our range is the safest, most up-to-date, and well maintained
shooting facility available to the public. This information is
provided to acquaint you with the basic safety rules, ensuring
that your time here is both safe and enjoyable. All first time
shooters at Triple B Clays are required to complete a
"waiver" and "safety test" before reporting
to a shooting field or venue. Please inform the cashier and we
will enter your information into our computer database, which
will make it easier for you when signing up to shoot in the future.If you fail the safety test, it is required to have a certified instructor for one hour.Prices varies per person/group.
We take
safety very seriously at Triple B Clays, and ask that you team
with us to provide the safest environment we can. Direct any
questions regarding the Range and Safety Rules to one of our
representatives.
PLEASE
REMEMBER TO BE COURTEOUS AND HANDLE YOUR FIREARM SAFELY AT ALL
TIMES.
If
you are not sure how a shotgun operates, or how to load
and shoot, ask at the office for an instructor.
All
gun actions must remain open and unloaded until you step
into the shooting stand or station.
Load
guns only when it is your turn to call for the target.
Only the person calling for the target may shoot.
"Backup
shooting" is unsafe, and is not permitted.
Never
move from one station to another with a loaded shotgun.
Shotguns
must be loaded with only one shell for
"singles", and only two shells for
"doubles".
Every
shooter must have a shotgun. No sharing of guns wil be
permitted on the field.
Rental
guns are available at the Proshop.
Hearing
and eye protection is mandatory, even in the spectators
area. Protect your guest, as well as your self.
ONLY
SHOTGUN SHELLS WITH #7 1/2, #8 and #9 SHOT ARE ALLOWED.
The
only instruction permitted on the shooting fields is that
given by Triple B Clays - sanctioned instructors.
Triple
B Clays has the right to refuse service to anyone.
